Pixelmator kann über den AppStore für einen Kostenfaktor von ca. 24€ erworben werden. Pixelmator ist Layer basierend und denkt alle Grundanforderungen eines Grafikeditors ab. (Soweit meine derzeitige Einschätzung). Wer Interesse daran hat kann auch eine 30 Tage Testversion von der Hersteller Seite downloaden.

Nur was wird es bringen? Was wird es neues geben? Und vor allem wann? ….. Fragen über Fragen! Ich denke eine Antwort auf alle diese Fragen wird es vom 10 bis 15. Juni 2012 geben. Ein Blick in den Veranstaltungskalender von Moscone Centers (San Francisco) könnte sehr auf ein Apple Event hindeuten! … Aber wir werden es sicher alle bald erfahren, denn Apple braucht uns! …. Natürlich sind noch nicht alle Funktionen vollständig implementiert bzw. wird auch das „Look and Feel“ sicher noch nicht komplett ausgereift sein und noch die eine oder andere Änderung bis zur Final Release kommen. Der Download der Developer Preview steht direkt auf der Microsoft Homepage zur Verfügung (Link). Der einfachste Weg selbst die Windows 8 Developer Preview zu testen ist die Installation unter VirtualBox von Oracle, diese unterstützt in der aktuellen Version 4.1.8 bereits Windows 8 als virtuelle Instanz.
